Graham Cracker Cake

1/2 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup cake flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup milk
1 tsp almond extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream shortening until fluffy. Beat in eggs. Sift flour, baking powder and salt 3 times and add alternately with graham cracker crumbs into creamed mix. Line a baking pan with wax paper. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
