Ingredients
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
2 egg whites
3 tbsp. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix sugar, cream of tartar, egg whites and water using a wooden spoon. Then place over boiling water and beat 4 to 5 minutes. Add vanilla.
